This word is used when someone is talking nonsensical stuff or using words that doesn't describe who, what, where in the context of their talking. They usually use words like kwan, ano, etc..

Person 2: Sinong si kwan? At anong "kwan" yung ginawa nya?
Person 1: Basta pre si kwan nag-kwan doon.
Person 2: Nasosolengkleng kaba?
