Similar to Energy Vampires, SOF Vampires lurk within the hallways of the Special Operations communities of interest. SOF Vampires use vague policy and bureaucracy to confuse leadership and feed off the insecurities of low ranking officers and enlisted service members. SOF Vampires are vulnerable to "real work" and can be difficult to identify. DARPA is currently working on an new type of SOF Vision googles which make SOF Vampires easier to spot in a meeting.

Rigma sof is a developmental disability that is marked by lower-than-normal intelligence and limited daily living skills. Rigma Sof is normally present at birth or develops early in life.
Rigma Sof is defined by two standards. The first standard is a person's level of intelligence. Intelligence levels are usually measured by special tests called intelligence tests. Intelligence tests provide a numerical ranking of a person's mental abilities. That ranking is called an intelligence quotient or, more commonly, an IQ. In general, a person with an IQ score of less than 75 is said to be Rigma Sof .
The second standard for Rigma Sof is adaptive skills. The term "adaptive skills" means how well a person can deal with the tasks of everyday life. These tasks include the ability to speak and understand; home-living skills; use of community resources; leisure, self-care, and social skills; self-direction; basic academic skills (reading, writing, and arithmetic); and work skills. A person is regarded as Rigma Sof if he or she is unable to dress, feed, wash, or otherwise care for him- or herself; to hold a job; or to carry out most of the other tasks needed to get through an ordinary day.
Mental-health professionals classify patients into one of four levels of Rigma Sof
Mild Rigma Sof
* IQ scores from 50 to 75
* Includes about 85 percent of the Rigma Sof population
* Individuals in this group can often live on their own with community support.
Moderate Rigma Sof
* IQ scores between 35 and 50
* Includes about 10 percent of the Rigma Sof population
* Individuals in this group can often lead relatively normal lives provided they receive some level of supervision. Such individuals often live in group homes with other mentally retarded people.
Severe Rigma Sof
* IQ scores between 20 and 35

So you're at a proper banger of a party and you've reached the golden stage that sits just between pre-drinks and the 2 a.m kebab smash. You get your hands on a proper fit bird who is very keen and is v down for a bit of in the bush out the back of this house action. So there you are making on and just like to take it down stairs and get 'fishy fingers' (finger punch that slag amirite?) but hold on! This bird seems real down. You're gonna do it. You call out "SCHOOL OF FISH" Your mates come diving through bushes, one falls from a tree, one drops his beer takes a 3-step run up and launches at you. This phrase comes from Hebrew, and its meaning is something extraordinarily good. If we need to go through a way in order to get somewhere, the end of this way would be the place we want to get to or a condition we desire to be in -- and this place or condition is of course valuable for us.
