DARPA hard

"DARPA hard" is shorthand for something considered extremely hard to achieve. The phrase comes from the US agency DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) who are often tasked with coming up with solutions to very difficult problems (e.g. coming up with stealth technology to prevent aircraft being shot down). The implication is that only resources of the scale available to DARPA's would be required to crack the problem.
Giving every soldier the ability to know the position of every other solidier on the battlefield - that's going to be DARPA hard.

Dara is a true beauty! She is a loyal friend and very humble. She does not want to burden you with her problems but will always be there for you! Once she knows she can trust you she'll talk like crazy. Dara has mood swings but she always bounces back to her sweet self. Dara is the type of person that looks at the bigger picture or outside the box, never giving up. Dara is self-conscious but is really a 'rare beauty' ;) and doesn't even know it. If you meet Dara never lose her because she is the best friend you'll even have!
Man I wish I was Dara she's so pretty!

Back when I lived in upstate new york

A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.

Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
