skanka
A word used for a female. Usually named Lizzy, and attends a university on the northern part of Illinois. Skanka is not an offensive term, though it may seem so because it includes the word (skank) it could be used to referring to your friends.

A obnoxious and crass person who partakes in scandalous sexual behavior to get the attention of a large audience. They usually come across as someone who is trying too hard. They have to overcompensate for a lack of other desirable qualities by provoking outrage with salacious behavior.

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
