When you take a picture of your shoes, or multiple people's shoes. Usually posted on snapchat or Instagram, tagging each person by their shoe.

"Hey! We're all wearing epic sneakers, we should take a shoesie!"
"Sure! Everyone, put their foot in the middle so I can take a pic."

I'm getting this from my Gpop and pop, but a shoebie is a South Jersey Shore expression to describe the day-trippers from Philly and NYC that would ride the train "down the shore" for the day or weekend and bring everything in a shoebox. Since the original poster used "shore" in their definition they too are probably from the South Jersey area. The trains that brought the shoebies down the shore, nor the expression shoebie, are heard much any more so its kind of cool that the expression lives on as a slightly derogatory expression for an inapproprate and unwanted tourist!

shoosie

The art of pouring a beverage (of your preference) into a shoe (or any other foot-wear that you may be wearing), and drinking it out of the chosen foot-wear. People who are not cool "wouldn't do shoosies". These people are often then chastised and given a bad reputation due to their lack of balls.
