Shit Trickle

A process by which staff receives the responsibility for problems made by and passed down from inept upper management. This occurrence typically results in staff handling angry phones calls regarding problems that they generally know nothing about but must attempt to correct. Their professional reputation might also be affected by this unfortunate process.

"My administrator messed up this project and now I'm gonna get all these angry phone calls. They're gonna think I'm responsible for it too. What a fuckin' shit trickle...".
