This is a term for a woman who behaves in a very predictable manner. IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE NEGATIVE. However, it typically is used in that way.

Arnie: "Did you hear what happened to Ryan?"
Lex: "No, but you'll probably tell me."
Arnie: "Yeah, man. I dish all day. Ryan and Polly were at the pool party and bouncy Becky was there. And snap!"
Lex: "Say no more, Polly is shedictable if nothing else. Ryan needs to just lose that beard and get with Paul."
