A female cyborg, or a full fledged robot with feminine characteristics.

Example #1 - With the advent of artificial intelligence, scientists gave form to the phenomena. The shape of choice: a slender large breasted woman. From its metallic innards a new hope rose against the evil self aware machines that rebelled against humanity. Her name, Robo Titties.

Example #2 - Dan, if I was a robotics engineer, I would build myself an army of robo titties.
