When a project starts to gain additional features or changes that may be out of scope, this is the polite way of telling a project manager or stakeholder to go fuck themselves.
"I was told without any additional insight that there were 20 additional widgets on this part of the app, and now i'm expected to add these?"

"I mean, that was not in the requirements and the mock was incomplete, but sure, i'll get right on it."
