-Suicide = self killing. Regime = government or controlling system. Suicide Regime = Controlling and rule through self extermination of the weak.

A Skorian regime is a totalitarian way of managing an operation, out of a megalomaniac intention and being. Closely linked to the God Complex, the Skorian regime uses its authority through a total self-assigned monopoly of available services by self-funded and autocratic ways.

a scholar regime is the principality of school, and telling students what to do, and even the principal being a liberal, a tyrant, etc.

Examples:
