Generative Auric Recapitulation

Generative Auric Recapitulation is rooted meaningfully in new earth principles and developed as a spiritual-somatic practice that blends ideas from enery work, trauma integration, and reflective life review. GAR is a conscious process of reviewing and re-integrating past experiences held withing the energetic field (aura) in order to reclaim life force, transform trauma patterns, and generate new pathways of meaning, healing and creative power.

It combines 3 core elements:
1. Recapitulation : revisiting memories, relationships and energetic exchanges across one's lifetimes.
2. Auric Awareness - recognizing that experiences imprint not online the mind but also the body and energetic field.
3. Generativity - transforming those memories into new insight, healing capacity and creative agency.

Generative Auric Recapitulation is a justice-rooted energetic ethnography of the self in which a person revisits past relational and systemic imprints withing their auric field, reclaimes life force from coercive or unconscious exchnages, and converts that energy into liberated creative expression.

Nerd neck

A "human" that spends so much time playing video games that their posture is level nerd neck. Everytime anyone goes tryhard they hunch down and their neck gets longer there fore a nerd neck is always hunched down cause they're always going try hard. In other words a nerd neck is a try hard, since their neck is 100% longer than the average human being due to playing too many video games and taking them serious, nerd necks are not even considered human anymore but something more sad. Nerd necks are often found on fortnite, their natural habitat usually being tilted towers.

Serial Monogamist

Someone who jumps from one relationship immediately into another one.

Serial monogamists can not stand to be alone and often suffer from vast commitment and insecurity issues.

Because they jump into relationships immediately after the previous one has ended, serial monogamists typically don't take the time to reflect on their behavior or why their previous relationships failed; thus, they end up making the same relationship mistakes over and over again.
