A term popularized by That Toy Guy to describe when a Transformers toy has the ability to poke its head out while it's in its alternate mode, be it as a jokey toy thing or a thing they can do by design, such as with X-Brawn/Wildride from RiD 2001 and Scourge from G1.
Did you know that the Kingdom Tigatron toy can do a goofy pooth by having it poke its head out in his tiger mode?

A mixture of the words poop and tooth. A pooth is a tooth with a brown discoloration that resembles fecal matter. The word can also be used to describe the result of a rim job gone awry.
