pizza stain

the National Defense Service Medal/Ribbon, so named because it's the first award anyone receives - due its only requirement being that one must be in the military during a time of war - and its yellow and red color scheme makes it look like a nice glob of cheese and sauce on an otherwise bare uniform.

He's been in the Corps for two years and all he has is a pizza stain? Super REMF.
