OYMM basically meaning "On Yo Moma" in other words, instead of omm which stands for "On Ma Moma" when YOUR the one saying it, instead your asking someone if its in there moma.

"OYMM YOU DID THAT???"
or
"OYMM YOU WENT WITH CAROLL?"
