Located in Central Canada, they include: McGill University, University of Toronto, Queen's University, and the University of Western Ontario. They are among the country's oldest universities and have held intense rivalries.

Old Fourth Ward 

n. A historically diverse community located east of Piedmont Ave. and Downtown Atlanta. It is one of the oldest sections of the city, having been built in the 1890s. The main thoroughfare in today's Old Fourth Ward is Boulevard, which was the site of economic decline throughout the 1950s-1980s, and now consists mostly of section 8 housing. The area is still infamous for its drug dealers, prostitution, and other crime. Rumor has it, however, that the city has been making efforts to clean up the neighborhood and restore it to its original state.

Old Fourth Ward 

An artist district in Fulton County of Atlanta, GA. O4W boasts the most beautiful street art in the city.

O4W is the location of Krog Street Tunnel, a known graffiti spot. Tony Hawk designed the O4W skate park. The Beltline is a pathway that connects the neighborhoods. MLK, Jr and his wife are buried on Auburn Avenue, where there is an MLK Jr National Monument. A flame is lit and never dies, by his grave. O4W is home to Murder Kroger. Popular city center areas are Little Five Points (L5P) and East Atlanta Village (EAV). It's easier to skate or walk than to drive.

O4W is a mere mile from the Capital building of ATL. Adjacent neighborhoods include Inman Park, Cabbagetown, and Kirkwood.

The area has become a tourist destination spot. The once-close-knit community is dismantled by gentrification. Iconic street art is painted over by developers. Punks and vagrants are pushed out. Police cameras survey the land. Tall houses are built; their humble neighbors can no longer see the sunrise. The woods are cleared; rats and cockroaches radiate out.

R.I.P. Jack's Pizza Bar and Grill, home of graffiti, $2.50 mega-slices of pizza, and $1 pints of Miller Light.

I live in Old Fourth Ward.

Fourteen Year Old Boys 

Horny ass holes on bikes.

By the time they reach 14 years of age, males are remarkably horny, yet have no chance of getting a girl, and little knowledge of what to do if they ever did. They are bored with all forms of entertainment that they enjoyed prior to their current age yet are too young to do anything else, so they spend most of their time aimlessly roaming the suburbs on bicycles. Their boredem can eventually drive them to try stupid things (i.e. skateboard street luging) or to generally to destroy things. Their lives are mindnumbly devoid of any acheivement of worth. They are the main target audience of 70% of Hollywood films.

What the hell happenned to this neighborhood? Was there a riot?

Nah, just a herd of fourteen year old boys rolling through on their bikes.
