Shy until you get to know her then she is CRAZZZYYY! Everyone loves her because she is sweet and is always there to help with any problems you have. She is extremely pretty and all the guys want to go out with her.

A Penelope is often loud and boisterous, and takes the world by storm wherever she goes. She is fun to be around and she is a loyal and trustworthy friend. But watch out, if you get on her bad side, she can make your life a living nightmare. She can sometimes be slightly arrogant and think she is better than everyone else, but in the end, she is very unique and a generally well rounded person. Everyone has their flaws!
