The action of a crazed negro male using the unambiguously large stature of their penis to fuck the shit out of another person in the anus, mouth or vagina. Due to the ravenous nature of a crazed nigger, the recipient of the nigger dick down will likely have trouble walking/eating and may need medical help due to the possibility of internal bleeding resultant of being nigger dicke'd down.
