A derogatory term for cocoa/chocolate milk. Can be applied towards cold chocolate milk or towards hot cocoa.

Barista: Hello sir! What would you like to have?
Man: One nigga milk, please!
Barista: Here or take-away?
Man: Here.
Barista: Okay, then!
