A pompous, self absorbed person who thinks, talks, and acts about themselves in an annoying fashion.
They believe they’re the center of the universe and show a complete disregard for other people.
They’re usually willing to talk over anyone and everyone to be heard and feel Important.
They may (usually will) be delusional.

He’s so mycopious, it’s disgusting.
