An entreprenuer who buys, sells, develops and operates limited service hotels or motels.

Small motels run by various ethnic groups, some with branded names and some mom and pops, who own a chain of similar properties is known as a motelier. Similar to hotelier.

Moteler

A word to describe a male or female suspected of cheating on their partner, who takes their lover to a motel to minimise being found out.
Also linked with Motelery- adultery in a motel.

Craigs been acting suspiciously the last few weeks, I think hes a moteler.
