Verb. The act of having one's menstrual cycle. Coined as a more scientific or less cringe-inducing way to say "on my period." Often used to refer to a person's mood swings, lethargy, or cramps associated with their cycle.

Can we reschedule our hike? I’m about to mensinate and I don't want to deal with cramps on the trail.

Blend from the words "mess" and "averted"

But with an Antonym meaning.
