Kaykanese 

a sacred language consisting of a complex dialect only to be spoken during ceremonial K bumping.

Last night at the circuit party I was dancing in k puddles and ditches all the while telling my friend in Kaykanese, "Wheew, I'm o-Kay are you o-Kay??"
