hold in the petty

To hold in the petty means to refrain from reacting to a situation/comment etc...
'I heard your ex boyfriend going out with Felicia with the big nose'
Me: *hold in the petty* 'oh that's cool, as long as he's happy'

Pete in the Tish

A shortened version of the phrase "Compete in the Competition"
"Hey alec, wouldn't it be special if we could pete in the tish?"

Petunia in the garden

A snitch, or an informant mostly found in a POW Camp.
In Hogan’s Hero’s When a spy was placed in their barracks Hogan says “We’ve got our first petunia in the garden”

Not in front of the puppies, Pete!

A phrase often used by members of the Fall Out Boy fandom. The phrase originated from Buzzfeed Celeb's Youtube video titled "Fall Out Boy Plays With Puppies (While Answering Fan Questions)" at the time of 3:35-3:37 released on May 24, 2017.

This Youtube video consists of Fall Out Boy's bassist/songwriter, Pete Wentz and lead singer, Patrick Stump pulling questions out of a bowl and answering them, all whilst playing with puppies.
(Question: What songs will be on your tour set list?)
Pete: I'm gonna be gravely honest. . .
Patrick: Not in front of the puppies, Pete!

Stealthie

when you're holding up your phone and making faces at it, as though you are taking a selfie, but you're really taking a picture of the person across from you or the wall or anything else that seems interesting but you don't want to be caught dead taking a picture of.

This action is often made more convincing by wiggling the eyebrows or opening the mouth, to pretend you're trying to get a Snapchat filter to work.
FRIEND A: "Did you just take a stealthie of me?"

FRIEND B (turning phone around): "no I was just using snapchat's new filter, see?"
