A more polite way of saying "holy shit". If you will, or if you're religious, it's a good way to express shock, or disbelief without being sent straight to hell, or the Headmaster.

Girl 1: *Squee!!* i got tickets to the MIKA concert! 8D
Girl 2: Ho shizz, you're kidding!! 8D
