a metaphorical card held by single people which gives them permission to sleep around with multiple partners, i.e. be a ho.

Ho Card

Does not refer to an actual thing, but is instead used in an expression in black culture: to pull someone's ho card is to call them out. See call out. Often the word "ho" is understood to be present and is not spoken. (pull ya' card)

If you try to get away with that in my hood, we'll pull ya' ho card!
