1. The facility of any number of Southern citizens which includes, but is not limited to, the following:

a. Poor English usage, grammar, or phonetics (when spelling or speaking).
b. Excessive cursing, hunting (or otherwise shooting), spitting, rocking-chair-sitting, fried-chicken-eating, drawling, incest(ing), or wife-beating.

2. The ineptitude, at any facet of life in general society, of a hick, redneck, or otherwise of Southern origin.

Down South, just about everybody has a hillbility. Or four.

Hillbilities

A set of special abilities that people who live outside of the city have obtained. The further outside of the city the more likely to find these skills in people to fish, drink, shoot, drive, etc. Associated with "Hillbilly " living.

She soon discovered his living in the sticks had produced hillbilities to get things done in the country.
