A more polite gesture, the flipping somone off and saying fuck you bud

You simply place you index finger on top of the brim of your hat and thumb underneath the brim of your hat with a gentle pinch

Then gently very gently but with some speed slid your finger and thumb across the brim like a fucking hick, then after the slide immediately proceed to flick the middle bottom part of the brim then turn around let the mullet fly in the wind and be the badass hillbilly you are.
