gussied up
Something gussied up has been made more attractive, but in a showy or gimmicky way, so it’s often not intended to be a compliment. It can also refer to dressing in one’s finery for some special occasion, when it is intended to be taken more straightforwardly. It is usually considered to be an American expression, dating from the late 1930s or thereabouts.

Gurshiesty is when gurshoota blanks out, that's when Gurshiesty comes in and this man is aggressive. He does his muhammad ali shuffle and releases a barrage of punches and then thinks he's Connor and starts throwing hammers. Gurshiesty also has no memory of what happens he thinks he's moon knight.

Gushie
Throwing something (usually food) in the air and calling "GUSHIE" so your friends will fight for it. Usually in big groups of people for added hilarity and carnage. Originated in primary school in Dublin. It gets violent, hence the name, because you'll probably be gushing blood by the time someone's won.
Gunshield
The most effective way of defending a soldier from enemy fire, even more effective than level 3A body armour.
The gunshield is a large square inch thick bullet proof block fitted to the front of a weapon, these can be painted camouflage or be made of transparent materials in order to keep good visablity. These can take several AP rounds before even cracking.
The gunshield can also be used as a bipod to support the weapon on any surface and when laying prone a soldier can be completely protected by the shield.
These gunshields can be made very light weight at only 3-5 pounds depending on what material is used. When moving forward, if moving crouched the shield can be kept between you and the enemy while you are still able to return fire, unlike body armour which has to be made flexible, gunshileds are made completely solid allowing much higher levels of protection.
