High falutin' hammock camping with unnecessary accoutrements. Such as battery fans, string lights, comfy chairs...etc.

When Loraine decided to join the guys for hammock camping, she wanted them to bring all the fancy shit with so she could be as comfortable as at home. We had to explain nicely, "Bitch, we ain't going glammocking, we're gonna rough it and shit behind the trees with mosquitoes biting our balls!!!"

Glampacking

Originating from the words "Glamour" and "Backpacking", Glampacking is an adjective used to describe a backpacker with excessive luxuries with them. Use of this term is void if the person cannot fit said items in their pack.

So just because I had a 3 person tent, titanium chair, premium freeze dried food, and a $2,000 sleepsystem I'm "Glampacking?"
