An elegantly designed couch located in hallways of frat houses. A couch that has been subjected to daily debaucheries that go on in a fraternity house. Uses include but are not limited to: ashtray, vomit receptacle, designated pass-out spot, a great place to relieve yourself. If it could tell stories, it would make even the biggest frat daddies cringe.

Platouch is defined as the act of touching friend in a platonically loving way. It can be a hug, pat, even full on cuddle but the intention is not meant in any intimate way. Not all people are in favor of giving or receiving frouch but those that do now have a simple explanation for the assumption that a hug or cuddle is more than it is.

Person 1: I saw you and him cuddling. Are you guys dating?
Person 2: Nah man, there was just a little bit of frouch happening.

fouchebag

Female version of a male douchebag. Works overtime on her look, makeup, hair, wardrobe, demeanor and virtually every characteristic which would entice males in public. She does this with no intention of hooking up, but rather to feed her insatiable appetite to build self-esteem.

The fouchebag walked through the club directly to the bar. Upon arriving she turned and quickly scanned the room to determine if her appearence generated any hysteria which would eventually land her free drinks.

Froschmäusekrieg

Froschmäusekrieg is german for "war between the frogs and the mice" from a poem attributed to Homer (Batrachomyomachia), which is a satire about the pointlessness of war or feuding.

Froschmäusekrieg was used by Helen Dukas (Einstein's secretary and literary executor) to describe the long and bitter dispute between the School of Math and the School of Social Science at the Institute for Advanced Study. A good word to know when facing such a dispute.
