A seal. The Spanish and Catalan spells are "foca", but Catalan people sometimes write words with "k" to look more "radikal" (or more Polish, since we are called Polish by the rest of Spaniards). A fat person is usually called "foca", but with the k-spell, it rathers refers to its cuteness. Used in a familiar way.
Although originally a name, it can be declined to form new Spanish verbs and adjectives: fokalismo (fokalism), fokalidad (fokality), fokoso, fokacho, fokarron, fokismo (fokism), fokastico (fokastic), foko.
