A person of small stature who is fiery tempered and enjoys engaging in the act of sexual intercourse or sex, as often as possible in a drunken manner (which is achieved through very few drinks, due to the small size) and with anyone willing, regardless of gender or sexuality. This is performed at any time in any place, from the kids' clothes section in Walmart to the back of a minivan.
