The most brutal dance ever. Should mostly be used while Dying Fetus is being played but is funny and awesome when used for any type of music. Only used by very attractive people. Not to be confused with defecated fetuses.

Justin: Yea, it was the most brutal dance I've ever seen, I have a boner.
Brett: Me too, let's make out.
Justin: Only if you rub your beer gut on my knees.

It's an unborn child in the womb dancing...Just think about a Christmas tree with a fetus with the umbilical cord on it still dancing on the tree.
