It makes sense that it helps to eat desserts when you're stressed, because "stressed" is an emordnilap of "desserts".

A word that when spelled backwards, generates an entirely new word.

Some examples of emordnilaps include, but are not limited to:
Emordinlap --> Palindrome
Star --> Rats
Stressed --> Desserts
Issac --> Cassi

Sort of the opposite of a palindrome. Words that aren't identical when the letters are reversed, but those that have their meaning changed.

Emordnilap

A word or phrase that, when spelled backwards, produces a different word or phrase. While a palindrome spells the same word both forwards and backwards, an emordnilap spells a different word each way.

Palindrome and emordnilap are emordnilaps, and therefore ‘emordnilap palindrome’ is a palindrome.

Emordnilap => Palindrome
Desserts => Stressed

Drawer => Reward
Evil => Live
