Yet another way that crap from the Internet (pr0n, drugs, warez, virii etc) can be brought to you.. E-Mail also includes spam.

"Dude, my e-mail is fucked."
"Dude, my e-mail is brilliant, I got my house remortgaged, a fake diploma, pr0n site passwords, the lot."

Instead of formal transaction of "drug deal" you send your ecstasy pills through the mail naming it email.
