Cheat Chain Dilemna 

When one student copies answers from the "smart" student on a particular test/homework/exam. And, to the smart student's dismay, the cheater got a better score, leaving the "smart" kid dumbfounded, confused, and in a world of self-loathing.

The Classical Dilemna

The problem that arises when two friends/acquaintances meet each other, and one prepares for a handshake, while the other comes in for a fist bump.

This usually results in a subsequent change/reversal of greeting method for each party, and in more confusing attempts to combine two incompatible hand formations.

Brad: Hey whats up Tom.
Tom: Whats up Brad.

*Brad extends his hand while Brad puts forward his fist.

Brad: Ah, I see we have stumbled into The Classical Dilemna.

A Palesraeli Dilemna is a situation wherein, you really don't care about either side of the argument, but are expected to feign sympathy with one side or the other.

Ultimate Dilemma 

The state a person finds themselves in when they have diarrhea and have to throw up at the same time.

Ted had eaten a bad batch of clams which landed him in the bathroom, when he was faced with the "ultimate dilemma."

Does he get off the toilet and regurgitate in it, and take the chance on soiling himself from additional diarrhea, or does he try to reach for the bathtub while on the toilet, and chance throwing up all over his clothes?
