'Wabs' is an English slang term for particularly volumous yet pert breasts.
Usually, these are found on women who are in their early twenties and carry a little too much weight to be considered skinny yet not enough to be considered overweight.

"That's girls looking at you"
"The skinny one?"
"No, the one with the cracking wabs'"
