Expression to describe not doing something, referring to international signs that have a circle and a slash around something, like smoking or littering. Used recently in a stand-up comedy performance by Brian Posehn.

"Okay, so circle slash playing my drums at 2:00 in the morning? Got it.

A group of emo kids get together in a circle and cut themselves.(Down or across the highway doesnt matter as long as you dont bleed to death until everyone is finished cutting.)

Bobby and his friends got together with their knives and bitched about their problems. They then proceed to have a circle slash, then make out afterwards.
