The etymology behind a 'Starfish' was presumably due to how the folds of sphincter that makes up the anal orifice may look like to the arms of a starfish.
This ingenious term was co-created between Chaturbate Model 'BunnyOnyx' and her loyal support 'klandagi' when she initially named her cute butt-hole a 'Chocolate Starfish'.
