2. (subdef.) specifically re: chill things that are also subjectively not chill, yet in assertion of their chill-ness in the face of someone else’s judgement there against.

cool, refreshing and delicious; an adjective to describe anything cool in temperature and pleasing to the palate; may also be used to describe anything relaxing or appealing to the mind or the physical body. Also may be used to describe a noun that causes relaxation or contentment to the mind or physical body.

The wine that the waiter suggested was absolutely chilliscious.
My day off from work was unexpectedly chilliscious.
