A term for the shorter variation for the phrase "bust and go to bed", popular usage by millenials from the east coast. meaning to masturbate and then take a nap almost immediately after finishing. Mostly said when one is at a level of exhaustion or fatigue to the point where they the need to take nap during the day in dual combination of self pleasure and sleep
