Bottom growth is a side effect of taking testosterone and being afab (assigned female at birth), it is where the clit get elongated and slowly becomes more and more like a male private part, you are still left with your two other holes so you basically become a form of intersex. For a long while it will hurt and be sore as it is still growing, but after that period of time it stops. It usually gets around 2 inches long but may get longer depending on the person.
