boredom inertia

A mental state in which one is bored, but also has no desire to do anything fun.

Dwayne: Man, I am so bored.
Tyrone: Wanna go shoot some hoops?
Dwayne: Nah, I'm not feelin it.
Tyrone: Man, come on. You want to but you just got boredom inertia.
