A band that has become rather confused, seeming to think that we exist in a world filled with dragons and trolls. Generally, the lyrics won't make sense to you unless you play hours of Dungeons & Dragons every day.

When I listen to Blind Guardian I want to pillage a kingdom and rub my balls on King Arthur's chin.

Blind Guardian

Cool Power Metal band. Probably one of the most talented in musicianship and songwriting, up there with Helloween. Not so great but still excellent power metal bands are Iced Earth, Manowar, Rhapsody. Power Metal bands usually write songs which are Fantasy,Folk Lore, and Historic Based songs.

Blind Guardian

What can I say? A great Power Metal band liked by great people.

I would argue than Nightfall in Middle Earth is their best album, but again, they all rock. With amazing voal talent by Hansi Kursch, Andre Olbirch on guitars, Marcus Siepen on bass, and Thomas "Thomen" Stauch on percussion, they just kick ass. They originate from Krefeld, Germany.

Blind Guardian

a "80% helloween, 20% american thrash" copycat band, having a raspy singer and Tolkien-inspired nonsensical bullshit as most of their lyrics.

nowadays many of Tolkien fagboys and ignorant wannabe "metalheads" usually consider them "best german band" or even "better than helloween" (bitch please!)
they are obviously one of the most overrated power metal bands to date.
