bellwashing

Similar to pink washing, bellwashing is the act of advocating and fundraising for mental health while acting against it behind closed doors.

It is using the donations for clout or tax write offs, but not affording your staff the basic needs to maintain good mental health.
WOW, working there destroyed my mental health. They posted about mental health importance but it's total bellwashing.
