A Bad PvPer is a player who is not good at pvp. They would lose all the fights against a Good PvPer. They don't fight people better than them and that's why they don't improve.

what happens when the military gives you a discharge that is less than a fully honorable discharge.

private 1: man did you hear about tim? they gave him a bad discharge an now he has to submit an apeal to have his discharge upgraded!

private 2: little did he know that some bad paper would keep him from being able to do anything else in his life!
