Ass Tears

When one inserts any liquid (including bodily fluids like urine, semen, etc) into someone else’s anus, and the person with the liquid-filled asshole hovers their ass over the other person’s face to let the liquid drip out on to it. This will make their face look like it’s wet with ass “tears”
