When a junkie has been up all night or multiple days smoking meth snorting coke and usually anal sex , the piece of feces that is stuck to the side of your colon and dehydrated so it's sludge and hard to push out usually takes an hour at least to come out or have removed because they are impacted. This turd is riddled with meth, coke, weed ,old dried sperm and cigarettes smoke so it stinks beyond reason but it would only be the size of a half dollar but smells like something out of the orient and sparkling water that is a nasty nasty Yongae
