It also can be used as an substitution for wtf, wth or just illuminati confirmed.

Wtpf is an acronym used when in distraught or confusion. It stands for “What the poop fart”. Mainly used in text form but in rare cases, it can be used verbally.

“Hurry! Jimmy’s stuck on top of a fence!”
