Woo is a term that includes beliefs that are generally not backed by scientific evidence including many alternative medicine specialties, conspiracy theories and anything else that is usually based on myths and emotional argument. Douchebag refers to someone who holds himself in high esteem but is regarded by others as someone who is distasteful, arrogant, and uncouth. A woochebag is douchebag who believes in woo, and can be observed in online forums debating subjects they have little evidence for in a disrespectful, uncivilized manner, and many times their arguments devolve into personal attacks and ad hominems.
